Core Facilities

Training

Core users are trained to use microscopy, analytical and fabrication equipment housed in the facility.  This allows access to the equipment 24 hours a day and provides users with a hands-on knowledge of the tools used in their research.   Microscopy training is provided by Mayandi Sivaguru, and Histology training as well as GCMS training is provided by Donna Epps.  Training on the ABI7900 is provided by Mark Band in the Biotechnology Center.
