The event will connect local residents, including University students, with evidence-based nutrition information, hands-on activities, and community resources. We will be highlighting nutrition and wellness services offered through MHC and sharing nutrition expertise with students, families, and community members. Following the fair, Dr. Hannah Holscher will be presenting a 30-minute public lecture, “Eating for Trillions: How Food Shapes Your Microbiome & Health,” along with a short panel discussion highlighting nutrition resources across the lifespan.
