Huygens Deconvolution Software and Demo

On September 30th, in room 612, the Core Facility is hosting a talk on Huygens Deconvolution Software.  After the presentation, we will have a month-long demo of this software available in our computer lab (IGB 142) starting October 1stand ending November 30th

This software is primarily a deconvolution software with many different modules available for Widefield, Confocal, Spinning Disk, Multi-Photon, Re-Scan, STED, Lightsheet, Array Detectors. An overview of the many deconvolution options can be found here.

An overview of the basic software can be found here. Other functionalities include cluster analysis for MINLFUX and PALM/STORM imaging, volume rendering, colocalization tools, and many other modules.

Whether we can purchase this software for the Core Facility depends heavily on the interest we see during the demo period.  If you have any projects that would benefit from deconvolution and would like to try it on your data, please contact Austin Cyphersmith to arrange a time for the demo.
