MINFLUX Tracking Data analysis Workshop, March 5th, 2026 

The IGB Core and Abberior will be hosting a hands-on MINFLUX tracking data analysis workshop March 5th. This remote workshop is exclusively for researchers who use the Illinois MINFLUX instrument. Attendees will perform MINFLUX tracking data analysis tasks on their own computers through the workshop.

Description
Interactive workshop on MINFLUX data analysis with focus on tracking data. Participants will follow Jupyter notebooks for guided live data analysis. Follow-up workshop with focus on tracking data in planning.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of MINFLUX and basic programming knowledge
  • Computer with functional Jupyter Lab

Midwest Advanced MINFLUX and Super Resolution Workshop, July 20-24, 2026

The 2026 Midwest Advanced MINFLUX and Super Resolution Workshop will be the week of July 20, 2026. Technology and research presentations will be Monday through Wednesday morning, with hands-on sessions in the evenings and all-day Thursday and Friday. In addition to our workshop, the 7th Midwest Single Molecule Workshop will be taking place on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday July 22nd to 24th at the Beckman Institute.
