Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 Slide Scanner: an automated slide scanner for fluorescence, brightfield or polarization microscopy. A software wizard guides users through profile development for automated tissue detection, focusing, and scanning. The system can load up to 100 slides and image them using pre-configured profiles without supervision.

Filter: GFP, DsRed, Cy5, DAPI/GFP/CY3/Cy5, and CFP/FP/mCherry

Camera: Hamamatsu Orca Flash, AxioCam IC (CCD AxioCam IC Color camera) and Hitachi HV-F202SCL

Modular trays for 26mm x 76mm (can scan up to 100) and 52mm x 76mm
