To change your IGB password, you will go to the following link: https://illinoisauth.igb.illinois.edu/password/
If you know your current IGB password, you can use the option in the bottom left-hand side of the page.
If you DO NOT know your current IGB password, you can use the option in the bottom right-hand side of the page, which will allow you to login using your campus credentials (netID and AD password) and then prompt you to update your IGB password.
If you DO NOT know your current IGB password and you DO NOT have an active university account, please email help@igb.illinois.edu and we can send you a temporary password.

If you are having trouble with a printer, please first reach out to CNRG at help@igb.illinois.edu. We can try to troubleshoot the issue and fix it for you. However, if it is a problem beyond what we are able to fix, we will suggest contacting Lazer's Edge for repair. To submit a repair request to Lazer's Edge, please fill out the form at https://illiniunion.illinois.edu/techzone/RepairForm.aspx

You will need to fill out the Connect Entry Form. Once approved by appropriate parties, CNRG will be notified to create your account. We will then send you instructions for setting your IGB password.

You will need to fill out the Biocluster Account Form. Once submitted, CNRG will be notified to set up your account and will send general instructions for cluster use once your account is activated.
