The following is the schedule of events.

July 9, 2019

9:00 am-10:00 am - Registration Check-in; Pastries and coffee provided

10:00 am-12:00 pm - ZEN Pro-Image Collection and Analysis, Part I (IGB, Room 612)

12:15 pm-1:15 pm - Lunch and Learn Seminar (IGB, Room 612) - Lunch provided

"ZEISS Elyra 7 with Lattice SIM: Revealing the Fastest Processes in Superresolution"

Join an overview of the new Elyra 7 supperresolution platform, which expands the possibilities of structured illumination microscopy (SIM) via lattice patterns to deliver up to 20-fold higher acquisition speeds while retaining 120 nm lateral resolution. The concepts and efficiencies of lattice-based illumination are discussed, as well as new modes for driving SIM across greater volumes and fields of view. In addition, several single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) capabilities are outlined, which further push the resolutions down to 20 nm laterally.

2:00 pm-4:00 pm - ZEN Pro-Image Collection and Analysis, Part II (IGB, Room 612)

July 10, 2019

9:00 am-10:00 am - Pastries and coffee provided

10:00 am-12:00 pm - ZEN Pro-Advanced Applications (IGB, Room 612)

12:15 pm-1:15 pm - Lunch and Learn Seminar (IGB, Room 612) - Lunch provided

"ZEISS Smart Microscopy: Simplifying Digital Documentation and Routine Imaging"

Come learn about the new Smart Microscopy solutions from ZEISS! New microscope stands and cameras work together to provide an efficient imaging workflow for routine digital documentation in transmitted light brightfield and fluorescence. Collect detail-rich images of your sample with high color fidelity, or multi-channel fluorescence images with a single click of a button - no computer required! Demo equipment will be on-site for hands-on experience.

1:30 pm-4:00 pm - BYOD (Bring-Your-Own-Data) Workshop: Bring your own image files for questions or help with analysis on ZEN Pro software (IGB, Room 607)
