To activate emergency showers, pull down on the shower handle. The water flow will stay on until manually turned off by raising the handle.

The water temperature is tempered, warmed enough so that extended rinsing can take place.

Do not hesitate to use the showers. Quick removal of contamination is of highest priority.

For effective rinsing of chemicals, as necessary, remove clothing that has been contaminated.

A person assisting should keep the area clear of spectators and locate a clean lab coat for the person showering.
