- Office 365
- When starting a position on campus, it can take some time for the correct Office license to be applied to your account. This is dependent upon HR paperwork. Once all HR paperwork is submitted and processed by campus, you will be assigned a license.
- A1 vs A5 License
- Depending on your employee type as recorded by HR, you will either be assigned an A1 or A5 license for Office 365.
- A1 licensing gives you access to all online Office applications. This means you will not be able to use the desktop Office applications without upgrading to an A5 license.
- A5 licensing gives you access to both online and desktop Office applications.
